Cancellation and Refund

Thank you for your interest in House of Karma! We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
• To cancel your order, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at [Phone Number] (between 10am and 5pm IST).
• Please include your order number in your cancellation request.

Order Cancellation After 24 Hours

• If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however this may not always be possible.
• Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.

Returns and Refunds

• We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of receipt.
• To return an item, please contact us by email at [email protected] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
• Include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.
• Once you receive your RA number, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it to us at the following address:

• We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
• We cannot accept returns of items that were purchased on sale or at a discount.
• All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number.
